PieceMaker is a Zimbabwean producer whose discography on The ESØTËRIC Ones has become one of the label’s most consistent and expansive threads. His production palette — Amapiano, sgija, private school Amapiano, 3-step house — reflects a Southern African dance music tradition with experimental instincts underneath. He is equally comfortable on a minimal solo cut (Haike, 2024; I’sgubhu / Woza, 2024) as on a full collaborative statement: THATHA KONKE (2025, with Loxion TXI, Mfanakithi, and Makhathini) and KUZOKHANYA (2025, with Regina Ashie, Ebstar, and Roline) are among the most fully realised Amapiano productions in the catalog. His fingerprint is also on BAYEKE (with Tribal Muziq & CJ Melzy), MKHUZENI (BO) (with ThatGirlVee), and “harvard sgija” on Maknaebe. PieceMaker doesn’t make genre statements. He makes tracks that move.
