SkyDAWN is a Zimbabwean vocalist and rapper with one of the most quietly versatile catalogs on the ESØTËRIC roster. His earliest label work arrived in the emo-influenced space — raw, emotionally direct, built around the kind of vulnerability that genre usually doesn’t accommodate. Since then, he has moved through UK hip-hop, bass-influenced electronic music, and vocal features across multiple genres without ever losing the thread that makes his voice recognisable. His label work with Ebstar spans the Heart Arrhythmia X EP (2021, including “I’LL FOLLOW YOU” and “Toying With My Feelings”), through HARD TIMES DON’T LAST (2024) and Lil Light (2024, his solo UK Hip Hop single), to READY TO BE LOVED (2025). SkyDAWN is an artist in motion — each release mapping a different corner of the same emotional interior.
